Short version: be kind, be legal, don’t abuse the hardware, and we’ll try really hard to keep your stuff online.

1. Service

We provide shared hosting, game servers, domains, email, and backups on a best‑effort basis with a 99% uptime SLA.

2. Acceptable Use

No illegal content, abuse, spam, or DDoS. We reserve the right to suspend services to protect other customers.

3. Backups

We run daily backups and test restores. You should keep your own copies too, because computers are chaos gremlins.

4. Billing

Monthly plans renew monthly. No dark patterns. Cancel anytime; we’ll prorate fairly where practical.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect damages. We’ll own our mistakes and make good‑faith efforts to fix them.
